I also ordered two blankets from Sleeptime Store online. Items never shipped. My credit card was charged immediately. No answer when you call customer service or email them (repeatedly). The first time I ordered, all was well. My second time (order end of May 2009) never shipped.

I "bought" a few things from them in April. They told me it was backordered so I said I would wait. The package never came. I've called and emailed numerous times with NO response. They used to have a machine pick-up and now you get a wrong # response when you call. This website should be taken down immediately!

I recently ordered a Toddler Backpack from SleepyTime Store and they never shipped it. I have tried numerous times to contact them via phone and email, to no avail. DO NOT order from SleepyTime Store. It is obvious that I got scammed.

I too have had a bad experience from Sleepytimestore.com...there sister store is Lucieclaire.com I have noticed that there shopping cart will not accept payment. When will they get off the internet???? I feel sorry for the people that are unable to get there money back from credit card charges. Why doesn't someone file a complaint with the Dekalb county GA. sheriff office????

Hi, I have ordered from them in the past without a problem. I recently ordered another blanket from them over a month ago and can't get hold of anyone - I too was debited!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sleepytime store is a fraud and ripoff. I ordered items and they were never delivered. They took my money via my Debit card. I cannot reach anyone at Sleepytime. I have tried both e-mail and phone calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THAT WEBSITE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
