Yes I have had the problem in the past. Just call the toll free # and they will not only give it to you ...if there are any other added coupons or discounts they will give them to you when you place the order. Hope this helps.

Tried several times to use the 10.00 off of 40.00 or more.Would not take and the expiration date Is 3/31/08 .
