my wife noticed an unknown $10 charge on her amazon.com credit card statement from "Shopper Discounts (wli*shopperdiscount)" yesterday. She called "shopper discount" and they told her that she subscribed (or rather trapped) to "shopper discount" service when she ordered from Art.com months ago. She got enrolled with them without noticing it and never know what the service they provide. They told us that they can cancel the service but can only refund $10. We called our cc company and found out we were charged $10 every month since then. Our cc company help us to reach someone in "shopper discount" and got the promise for a full refund. We'll see. I googled this company and found thousand of people got ripped off by this scam. Be very careful of every steps and details during checkout process when you shop at art.com.
