Ordered a expensive Nikon lens, packing was horrible. They threw it in a box with no packing. Will shop elsewhere for pro photo equiptment.

A HORRABLE NIGHTMARE !! I was charged for a battery I DID NOT ORDER and was also CHARGED for an order that will not ship for 3-4 weeks. Left a comment for the Thanksgiving $15 off promo code (I was #83 out of 100) on 11/29/08 - still haven't received it as of 12/1/08. Canon HF100 was supposed to have a free camera bag which disappeared on Monday. I ordered it elsewhere for less! Sorry Abe - better respond a little faster.

I had a pretty good experience buying a TV this week. Although the salesman on the phone was more like a car salesman trying to sell me more than I needed and many extras. The TV came quickly and works great. But, today, 2 days after delivery, I noticed the price is less than what I paid. I did ask about price protection and Abe's doesn't do that but if it was just a few days, I would assume the salesman would have known about it going down.

Great prices, but tricky. I got a sales call the day after order was placed. Over the phone, I was told double coupons are not acceptable even their site took them in the first place. Customer services definitely have room to improve, prices are good though.
