1. Write down the coupon code on the online merchant's listing you found in HerCoupon. If the deal requires no coupon code, proceed to the next step.
2. Always follow through the promotion by clicking on the link embeded in the coupon description. Some exclusive special links assure you to get the specific promotions.
3. Shop and Proceed to checkout on the online merchant's web site as usual.
4. Look for the text box that ask you for entering the 'coupon code', 'promotion code', 'discount code', or 'key code', where you type in the code found on this page. Enter the coupon code during check out process to get the discount if the promotion requires a code.
5. Always verify the expected discount before confirming your order.

Why doesn't the coupon work ?

1. The coupon you click may have expired. Coupons or deals we collect from online merchants or our partners might not come with a specific expiration date. In that case the coupon is listed as "Expiration Date: Unknown".
2. For various reasons, the online merchant might decide to end the offer prior to the expiration date. (i.e. merchant might pull out the offer due to overwhelming response to the promotion)
3. The online coupon has some restrictioins applied to it. (i.e. purchase should be more than certain amount; discount only applied to certain products; need to use certain credit card at checkout)
4. Please email us if the discount was not honored. It is not necessary to contact the online merchant directly because online merchants reserve the right to pull out any promotions anytime. We appreciate your help to report bad coupons and we'll make the corresponding correction.
